DARTS STILL GOING WELL

We went into the New Year joint top and have started 2010 well with 16-3 & 12-7 wins over Matignon and Henansal.
That played 7 won 6 so far in the league.
We still await the draw for the 4th round of the French Cup, but in is looking like we will be going to finals weekend in late May in Laval.

CHANGING ROOMS & BLOODY DOGS

Have been out and bought new wallpaper for the living room, and new covers for the setee's
It took 5 bloody minutes after putting the covers on to take this picture.

ALL THE SNOW GONE.

Found a hidden area whilst walking on the snow. We ended up at the river close to Pluduno.

All washed away after 9 days on the ground.
Then yesterday was almost like spring.
The locals have said it was the worst snow for 25 years here.

SNOW REACHES St POTAN

Now all you people back in the UK have already had your share of winter.
Last night we got our first taste of snow since we moved here.
Only about 3 inches, and surprisingly the whole place did not grind to a halt.
Don't forget you can double click the pictures for a better look.

Looking at the village from the next lane.

The dogs get their first taste of snow.

Arthur does what a husky does. He just loved the snow, sticking his snout deep in any drift.

It might look rough, but it's only play.

Graham & Jeanette's house took a good snowy picture.

Marie tries to control the hounds.

And me looking strangely like George Michael (which is worrying)

HAPPY NEW YEAR

A Happy New Year to all our readers.
You better start booking your stay here now as we are filling up fast!

XMAS LIGHTS

The smaller display this year as when bringing the lights back in we realised that something had eaten through the wires over the summer.

Andy and Sophie came round on the 27th for an Xmas drink. Roaring fire, lots of booze and exchange of xmas presents.

DRINK DRIVING OVER XMAS

You really shouldn't do it as Andy found out by putting the car into the ditch over the road.
To any female readers, this parking of course seems normal!
