Today is the French national day, but the main fetivities in the Village were held yesterday with a pig roast up at the lake. Got to say it was fntastic. Wine at 4 euros a bottle, two whole pigs were eaten by the 120 that came. Al went up with Liz & Aileen as Marie was on puppy duty.
I don't think I have seen so many drunk people in one place.
We met another English speaking couple from the village. English speaking yes, but they are Russian and damn good people too. By the 5th bottle we were speaking franco/russian/brit. It was utter bollocks!
