Did you know that the French have more bank holidays than any other country in Europe?
There are 4 bank holidays in May alone.
1st May. Fete de Trevail - Labour Day.
8th May. World War 2 Victory Day. (Not sure why the French are claiming victory)
11th May. Pentecost
12th May. Pentecost Monday.
So the first couple of weeks in May is not the best time to book a tradesman, or a delivery.
