THE WEATHER IS CHANGING

At last. Blue skies and a bit of warmth today.
It's been a long winter.

The ground has dried out at last,
so later than usual, the sowing of
seeds can start.

Great to take the dogs out
just after sunrise.

Normally out by 8am for an hour and
a bit.
Sadly, there seems to be little
wildlife about at the moment.
The local hunt seem to have taken
more than they should the past winter.

LIVE MUSIC

Had a pleasant Saturday night out with
Jo & Dave at Jurgon les Lacs.

About 10 miles away.
Some young girl playing 60's, 70's
folk music/Dylan style hits.

A good night out, and the cider was cheap.

STARTING A NEW CLUB

A mixture of French & English sat down to a
3 course lunch on Saturday at the Auberge du Manoir.

A proper Beef Wellington for main course,
wine included for 30 euros.

It was decided to form the "Friends of St Potan" dining group, with the aim of having a dinner every 3 months.
Damn fine idea.
